We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all of our products (except food products). If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply contact us within 30 days of receipt and we will gladly give you instructions on how to proceed with a return (you must contact us before returning the product). Upon arrival of the returned item, a credit will be issued for the cost of the item minus the original shipping charge and a 15% restocking fee (restocking fee is waived on product exchanges). All returned products must be in their original packaging and, for health-related reasons, must be returned in a never-used condition. Customers will be responsible for return shipping charges. Please be aware that it is the customer's responsibility to give accurate and deliverable shipping address information. UPS and FedEx make three delivery attempts before returning a package to the sender, and it is the customer's responsibility to be present and available to receive the package.
