Canada orders: Please order directly from our website. Please be aware that we do not collect taxes on Canada orders but Canadian customs will charge you taxes and duties after the product has been shipped to you.
All other countries: If you would like to inquire about ordering machines and having them shipped to your country, please fill out and submit the form below. Otherwise, feel free to purchase directly from our site. Please note, however, that our shopping cart does not accurately calculate shipping costs to foreign countries. So if you do make a purchase online, you will get an email from us shortly after placing the order with the accurate shipping quote. We would then await your approval before proceeding with the order. Also, please be aware that your country might charge you taxes and duties after the product has been shipped to you. If you need your machine to be converted to 220 Volts, there is an additional $100 charge to do so. Please specify in the comments box during check-out if you would like your machine to be converted.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to frequent customs complications, we can only send food products (popcorn, sugar floss, snow cone syrup, etc.) to the United States (excluding Puerto Rico and other territories). If you would like to order these products, you will need to have them sent to a local (US) freight forwarder. Thank you for your understanding. Also note that not all of our machines can be converted to export voltage. Please check the individual item page to ascertain whether the machine you are interested can be converted.
